An exciting opportunity has arisen at the AA 4 Silver Star Victoria Hotel in Sidmouth for a career minded Chef who is ready to take the next step,  for our AA Rosette restaurant and our contemporary restaurant, The White Room. 

We have Chef de Partie roles available in our Sauce, Vegetable and Larder sections.  You will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Chefs in developing menus, be responsible for ordering and stock control, mentoring  and progression. 

We would require you to have experience in a similar environment but more importantly the ability to be able to demonstrate a passion for food.

What we can offer you

A  salary of £22,000 per auum
