An exciting opportunity has arisen at the AA 4 Silver Star Victoria Hotel in Sidmouth for a career minded Chef who is ready to take the next step,  for our AA Rosette restaurant and our contemporary restaurant, The White Room. 

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will be required to work the Pastry section of the Kitchen, using only the finest, freshest ingredients.  You will have the opportunity to work closely with Senior Chefs in developing menus and the opportunity to progress. 

We would require you to have experience in a similar environment but more importantly the ability to be able to demonstrate a passion for food.
