Room Allocations
From time to time, a room move may be required to accommodate you during your entire stay. On making your reservation, should this be the case, we will notify you immediately. At this point, no charges will apply should you wish to cancel your reservation. We regret that requests for particular room numbers cannot be catered for on our internet reservation system.
Cancellation Charges
1-3 rooms Free Cancellations for bookings cancelled by 3pm - 3 days prior to arrival. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking on the day of arrival.
4-6 rooms - Non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is due upon booking (reservations team will contact you to arrange this) Full non-refundable payment and rooming list is required 14 days prior to arrival, payment will be taken from card used to secure booking unless otherwise stated.
7-10 rooms -Non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is due upon booking (reservations team will contact you to arrange this) Full non-refundable payment and rooming list is required 21 days prior to arrival, payment will be taken from card used to secure booking unless otherwise stated.
11 or more rooms Please contact our groups department for terms and conditions on groups@brendhotels.com.
Guests with Disabilities / Specific Needs / Dietary Requirements
In order that we can be best prepared to cater for guests with specific disabilities or dietary needs, it would be most appreciated if you could call us in advance on 01395 512651 to discuss your requirements. Guests with disabilities that would need to be considered in the event of an evacuation should inform reception on registration.
Arrival / Depature
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. (Poolside Suites are available from 4:00 pm)
Guests are most welcome to arrive at the Hotel before-hand, check in and use the facilities.
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am (Poolside Suites 10:00 am) on the day of departure, however, as above, guests are most welcome to use the Hotel's facilities after this time.
The Hotel has a large car park for which there is no charge. You are welcome to pull up at the front door to unload, but then we respectfully request that you find a parking space in the main car park. If you are a disabled badge holder we have limited disabled spaces and these are on a first come first served basis.
Accounts: The account is to be settled in full on departure. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. The management reserve the right to refuse credit to any guest. Should any additional charges arise after settling your bill e.g. Mini Bar charges, we will contact you for payment.
Pool Safety
In order to comply with our insurance policy, we are required to advise our guests of the following rules:
Lone Swimmers - Please advise reception if you are going to be swimming alone and approximately how long you will be.
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to supervise children at all times, particularly in and around the pool areas. The indoor and outdoor pools are not lifeguarded.
Children between 8 and 15 years who are competent swimmers may be supervised by an adult either on the poolside or in the water.
Other rules apply when using either of the swimming pools. Please read the literature provided at the hotel and observe the signs around the pool areas.
Leisure Facilities - IMPORTANT NOTICE
From 16th October 2023, our indoor leisure facilities and tennis court will not be available for Guest use. This is due to the start of the next phase of our exciting Source Spa refurbishment where work will be undertaken to transform the existing spa facilities into the Brend Collection's second Source Spa.
Our spa project will see a completely new indoor pool, spa bath, sauna, steam room, additional lift, gym and relaxation area, plus new treatment rooms where we will offer a range of Source Spa treatments.
Completion is expected by Spring 2024. Rest assured, any updates will be posted on our social media and website.

Meal Times:
Jubilee Restaurant - Breakfast 8:00 am until 10:00 am
Lunch 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm (Sunday Lunch 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm)
Dinner 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm - our dress code for dinner in the Jubilee Restaurant is Jacket & Tie preferred for Gentlemen.
As an alternative, less formal dining is available in our restaurant, The White Room.
Guests on dinner, room and breakfast terms can choose to dine in The White Room from the table d'hote menu at no extra cost or from The White Room menu with a discount of 40% off the listed prices.
