Terms & Conditions
The rates shown are per person, for the number of nights stated and based on two people sharing a Standard Double Room, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A minimum of 2 nights is required for New Year, and includes dinner, room and breakfast and entertainment programme.
Our policy is as follows: A deposit of £250.00 per person is payable when the reservation is made - this is non-refundable. Full payment for the outstanding balance of accommodation will be due by 1st December 2025. Cheques payable to: P R Brend & Sons (Hoteliers) Ltd.
Holiday Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your holiday; we must receive notification in writing. Cancellation charges will be notified to you by invoice. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions. 30 - 56 days - 70% | 22 - 29 days - 90% | 0 - 21 days - 100% (period of notification charged as a % of holiday costs). In the event of possible cancellation, we strongly advise that you take out a separate insurance policy.
