The Victoria Hotel is getting ready for a fun-filled February half-term packed full of family fun and Devon delights for all guests to enjoy.

Royal Albert Memorial Museum
At RAMM in Exeter there are half term workshops inspired by their Grayson Perry exhibition, Aspects of Myself. 17 Feb – Badge Making, children can create faces out of felt. This will then be made into a beautiful badge for them to wear with pride. 18 Feb - Step into somebody else’s shoes and imagine how it would feel to be someone from history. There are costumes from all eras and all parts of the world. On 19 Feb - Musical Moments Around the Word Family Sessions.

Stuart Line Cruises
The tranquil waters of the River Exe allow Stuart Line Cruises to cruise through the winter to see this changing landscape which is home to a wide range of wildlife and migrating birds. Departing from Exmouth Marina, these circular cruises travel along the peaceful waters towards Powderham Castle. With indoor heated lower decks, large windows for great viewing and outside upper decks with plenty of fresh air and blankets. Sailings on 18 & 22 February.

Crealy Bubble & Pop Event
Get ready for a February Half Term full of fun at Crealy’s Bubble & Pop event. Experience bubble magic with Believe a Bubble, dance along to a pop-tacular Taylor Swift tribute act and enjoy over 60 rides, attractions and adventure play areas – there’s non-stop excitement for the whole family. Bubble & Pop Show Times: 12pm, 2pm & 3:30pm live in the Crealy Arena.

Donkey Sanctuary Trail
From 10 February follow the hoofprints on a walk around the Donkey Sanctuary to find your prize! Adoption donkey, Strawberry, has a wonderful new trail - learn how donkeys keep their feet happy and healthy - answer the questions correctly, and you’ll win a Donkey Sanctuary prize. Pick up your trail sheet from the gift shop. Bundle up in your warm clothes, and don’t forget your wellies!

Seaton Tram Railway
On 20 February it’s all aboard the Story Tram at Seaton Tramway! Adventure through the world of super stories and tall tales. On the first Friday of every month you can take a tram ride from Seaton to Colyton with your little ones and inspire big imaginations with themed stories and action songs along the way. Perfect for families with young children 4 and under.
