The Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter offers a fantastic variety of exhibitions, workshops, and activities this half term:
- May 28th: Make your own protective hamsa hand out of clay. Take it home and hang it up to bring good luck and protection to you and your family.
- May 29th: Create your own magic lantern slides using tracing paper, cardboard, and oodles of imagination.
- May 30th: Dress up in costumes from all eras and parts of the world, suitable for kids and adults alike
Powderham Castle Outdoor Cinema
The Outdoor Cinema is back from 24th to 26th May. Join them for a weekend of movie magic under the stars at Powderham. Grab your friends and family, and head to the beer garden before sitting down to enjoy feel-good films such as Barbie, Cars, The Greatest Showman, Mamma Mia, Encanto, and more. Stuart Line Cruises Oldest Shipping Canal Cruise
Cruise along the oldest working shipping canal in Europe with Stuart Line Cruises! This trip sails through 8 miles of manmade waterway and utilizes two manually operated locks at Turf Locks and Double Locks. The journey includes passing under the M5 Motorway Bridge and halting the main road as the Countess Weir Swing Bridge opens to allow the boat through.

Seaton Pearl Pirate Tram
All aboard the ‘Seaton Pearl Pirate Tram’ at Seaton Tramway, setting sail again this year on 29th May. Ahoy, me Hearties. This year, the "Seaton Pearl" embarks on a voyage along the Axe Estuary, where we'll search for "booty" at Colyton Station, with all children receiving a treasure. You can also purchase treats at the Tramstop Café and browse the gift shop for plenty of pirate and tram souvenirs.
